Hiring: Power BI Analyst ||Hartford, CT || Hybrid

We are looking for a Power BI Analyst to support a Data Modernization initiative and help transform raw business data into meaningful dashboards and reports.

Key Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in Power BI / Business Intelligence / Data Analysis
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query/M and SQL
• Strong understanding of data modeling and star schema
• Experience creating interactive dashboards, reports and KPIs
• Knowledge of Power Pages, Power Apps and Power Automate is a plus
• Experience working with Business Analysts and business stakeholders
• Strong Excel skills; Python or R is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/related field preferred

Responsibilities:
Clean and transform data, build data models, develop DAX calculations, create Power BI dashboards, and work with stakeholders to convert business requirements into meaningful reports and KPIs.
