Patient Coordinator (PC)- Rehabilitation Administration in Bennington , Vermont at Southwestern Vermont Health Care

The Patient Coordinator will serve as a key liaison between patients, the rehabilitation team, and insurance providers. A core focus will be managing prior authorizations to ensure timely access to rehabilitation services, while also coordinating patient care, scheduling, and communication with healthcare professionals

Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Two years of experience in front office support, customer service, or related field required. Prior experience in health care preferred.
