Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) in at T47 INTERNATIONAL, INC.

T47 International, Inc. is recruiting for an anticipated construction security monitoring program supporting the U.S.

Army Corps of Engineers, Japan District, on a secure construction project at Yokota Air Base, Japan. The program

protects the security integrity of the project under ICD 705 standards through site security management, construction

surveillance, and cleared access control. This is a contingent position, dependent on contract award to T47.

POSITION SUMMARY

Monitors, observes, and interacts with construction workers to prevent the introduction of electronic, electrical,

mechanical, or other hostile surveillance monitoring devices into the finished construction. Screens all equipment,

materials, and furnishings destined for the controlled construction area.

KEY DUTIES

¦ Conduct continuous surveillance of construction activity in controlled areas

¦ Screen equipment, materials, and furnishings using the examination methods in the CSP

¦ Read and analyze design drawings and specifications to recognize the architect’s intent and detect designs that

may mask an ulterior purpose

¦ Maintain daily logs and upload photographs daily; submit logs to the Site Security Manager

¦ Document inspections, security violations, and incidents

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

¦ Active, final TOP SECRET clearance

¦ Minimum 3 years of experience in at least one of: construction security surveillance; TSCM; industrial or

government security involving counterintelligence; construction quality assurance; or supervisory construction

¦ Knowledge of all construction disciplines, including civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and electronic

engineering principles

¦ Knowledge of TSCM and the types of devices used for clandestine surveillance

¦ Proficiency with photography, computers, and Microsoft Office

¦ U.S. citizen

¦ Eligible for SOFA (U.S. Status of Forces Agreement) status as a contractor employee in Japan

¦ Binocular vision correctable to 20/20 (Snellen) and near vision correctable to Saiger No. 4, both eyes; free of color

blindness; normal fields of vision (approx. 100 degrees laterally) and good depth perception

¦ Good health, without conditions that would interfere with assigned duties or with country and AOR-specific

requirements

¦ Pass a physical examination by a licensed, AMA-certified physician, including medical and drug screening, before

starting work

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

¦ Government-approved CST course and ICD 705 training

¦ OSHA 10-hour safety course

¦ SCIF or SAPF construction experience
