About This Position

Once training has been completed, this position will be expected to work in the office 4 days/week and 1 day will be remote.

POSITION SUMMARY

The HR Coordinator (HRC) role under the direction of the HR Advisor, will assist in the coordination of administrative support for the HR Department. They will perform tasks and duties that support the overall compliance of Human Resources and help to ensure that the department is effectively meeting state, federal, local laws and statutes. The HRC will maintain strict confidentiality and a high degree of integrity.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

1. Education /Background:

  • High School Diploma & three years of progressive customer service or call center experience
  • ​Associate’s Degree – preferred
  • Human Resources/legal experience – preferred
  • Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
