Practice Manager III at Baptist Health Deaconess Madisonville – Hopkinsville, Kentucky

Under the direction of the Director of Operations, the Practice Manager III is responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations and management of the assigned facility. Oversight includes front office staff, clinical staff, and providers.

Primary duties and responsibilities include staff and provider schedule management, quality and productivity monitoring and reporting, risk and compliance regulation, staff development and growth, and many other administrative and supervisory tasks.

Qualified candidates will meet the following criteria:

• Associates degree in Business Administration or Applied Science; Experience may qualify in lieu of degree.
  • BA/BS Preferred
• Progressive managerial experience
  • Healthcare experience preferred
• Marketing/Business Relations experience preferred
