About This Position
Salary is determined based on individual experience, and the range may not include differentials which are based on team assignment. The salary range posted reflects the starting salary for the position and does not represent the maximum potential earnings.
*$5,000 Sign-on Bonus
Schedule: Sunday to Thursday 2pm-10pm

As an Autism Behavior Technician, you’ll:

Teach communication, social, and daily living skills (ADLs) using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Build positive relationships and celebrate every success
Collaborate with a supportive team of educators and clinicians
Assist with educational program design and Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) development
Receive paid training and coaching

High School Diploma or equivalent
Compassion, patience and dedication to help autistic students who engage in challenging behaviors
Valid Driver’s License with personal vehicle
CPR training (can be completed with us during your first 6 months)
NECC CALM training — Physical and Verbal De-escalation training and Medication Administration training (ability to get MAP Certified)
