Position: Law Clerk

Location: Boca, Raton – In Office Position

Employment Type: Full-Time (Flexible Schedule)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Law Clerk to join our legal team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in legal research, drafting, and case preparation while working closely with attorneys on a variety of cases. The ideal candidate will assist with all phases of litigation, contributing to the success of our firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on various issues.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda.
• Assist attorneys in preparing for court appearances, depositions, and trials.
• Review and organize case files, discovery materials, and evidence.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to ongoing cases.
• Communicate effectively with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Thorough understanding of law, court procedures, court systems, and rules of the assigned jurisdiction.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Superior research and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills in a variety of situations.
• Excellent work ethic.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Required Education and Training:

• Pending Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Recent graduates or those awaiting bar results are encouraged to apply.
