Statement of Purpose: Develops, plans, coordinates, executes and recommends programmatic initiatives for the rehabilitation services department. Assesses, plans, coordinates and executes prescribed physical therapy programs to restore function and prevent disability following disease, injury or loss of a body part, assisting the patient to reach their maximal functional performance level.

Qualifications:

Education: Graduate of an Accredited Physical Therapy program

Certification / License: MA PT License or Evidence of submission of a complete and accepted application for licensure by examination to MA Board of Allied Health.
Current CPR Skills
Experience: At least 3 years applicable program experience
