Description
The Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst (Analyst) will join our FP&A team, a small, highly dynamic, and entrepreneurial team within BRG's finance organization. The Analyst will be part of BRG's finance organization reporting to the Vice President of FP&A, supporting a wide variety of accounting, planning and financial management topics. This position's location is flexible; however, Washington DC preferred.
Responsibilities
- Analyze practice operating results to support the on-going development of monthly reporting packages for the executive team.
- Prepare various internal and external analyses, leveraging expert, services, clients, and industry data.
- Build upon existing reports by leading the design and execution of reporting to measure business results.
- Support the refinement of company-wide budgeting and forecasting models leveraged across all business units within BRG.
- Provide financial data, reports, and insights to support monthly reporting to shareholders and banks.
- Work with large amounts of data to create complex models that depict trends and develop models to analyze operational and financial data.
- Prepare ad hoc reporting and analysis to support strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
- Minimum of two years of postgraduate experience in FP&A.
- Advanced Excel skills are a strong requirement.
- Experience with developing executive level presentation using MS Office and/or Creative Cloud.
- Experience with ERP solutions, Workday preferred.
- Exposure to US GAAP accounting standards.
Candidate must be able to submit verification of his/her legal right to work in the U.S., without company sponsorship.
Salary Range: $80,000-$105,000
