Citizens Memorial Hospital Foundation (CMH) is recruiting a Registered Nurse (RN) to care for our amazing residents in our Colonial Springs Healthcare Center!
This skilled nursing facility is a 134-bed facility located in Buffalo, MO that includes a 34-bed memory care units for individuals with Alzheimer's disease and dementia.
A typical day as an RN will include: the opportunity to develop a relationship with our residents and a supportive healthcare team. The registered nurse (RN) is an integral part of the healthcare team who is responsible for providing excellent care to the residents in the facility, utilizing strong critical thinking and assessment skills, in accordance with federal and state regulations. The Charge Nurse assigns care duties to nursing personnel consistent with their training and experience. The RN is responsible for safe medication administration, conducting resident assessments, monitoring changes in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and administering treatments and procedures per physician order. The Charge Nurse is part of the interdisciplinary team responsible for facilitating resident admissions and discharges as well as the development of the resident Plan of Care.
The position is Full Time Weekend Days 6am-6:30pm, Friday-Sunday
Job Requirements:
- Education: ASN or BSN
- Skills: preferred LTC experience
- License: RN (Registered Nurse)
