Position Description:
Software - Understanding of Microsoft tools required (Excel including pivot tables, PPT, Outlook). Knowledge of DoubleClick, Google Analytics, ad trafficking, and/or campaign reporting a plus. Experience with Media Management software such as Mediaocean a plus. Math - Strong math skills Accountability - Keen attention to detail, accuracy, and deadlines Organization & Time Management - Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking capabilities a must. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple concurrent clients, brands, and campaigns. Position Responsibilities:Help in developing and executing multi-channel media plans (e.g., audio, video, display, print, social, email)
Draft and issue RFPs Assist team in vetting media publisher proposals, Q&A, negotiating online media placement and pricing Assist in creation of campaign presentations Leverage Mediaocean, DoubleClick Digital Campaign Management, and Google Analytics tools Create, deploy, and maintain insertion orders Create and maintain creative spec sheets, invoice trackers, and flowcharts Assist team in campaign activation and optimizations Perform campaign analysis and data compilation Billing reconciliation Research and compile competitive and landscape data Help maintain vendor relationships and seek out new media opportunities Responsible for a few brands and assisting the full media, accounting, finance, and creative teams.
