Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday -7:00 AM to 3:30 PM occasional weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose malfunctions checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs, as necessary.
• Perform routine maintenance, including inspection and preventive maintenance including tasks such as replacing light bulbs, ceiling tiles, flooring, etc
• Record type and cost of maintenance or repair work.
• Paint or repair roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall, or other parts of building structures
• Provide grounds keeping services, such as landscaping or snow removal.
• Operate industrial floor scrubber/sweeper
• Check and identify any electrical/wiring issues.
• Perform minor plumbing tasks, identify larger issues
• Basic building sanitation duties – trash removal, sweep floors, clear debris, etc.
• Collaborate with facility manager to identify and correct facility issues
• Other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate consistent, on-time attendance.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of general building maintenance in a warehouse/industrial setting
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• 1 year of warehouse lift equipment experience that includes scissor lifts
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to read & legibly write instructions and communications.
• Excellent communication and social skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Able to lift up to 50lbs periodically throughout day
• Strong manual dexterity to manipulate objects
• Able to primarily stand and walk through out shift
