We're seeking a dynamic Media Operations Specialist to play a key role in driving our agencys media initiatives forward. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist with multi-channel programmatic media plans, and help manage the full lifecycle of campaign executionfrom setup to optimization. You'll also have the chance to help refine processes and tackle real-time challenges in ad operations, all while working with cutting-edge platforms like Google Analytics, MediaOcean, and more.

Position Responsibilities: - Assist with set-up and execution of multi-channel programmatic media plans (e.g., audio, video, display).
- Assist with launch of programmatic campaigns and ongoing maintenance and optimizations.
- Assist with creation of campaign presentations (planning, reporting, etc.).
- Leverage MediaOcean, Google Campaign Management, Google Analytics, Programmatic DSP platform, etc. to execute campaigns in collaboration with media team.
- Assist with development of POVs.
- Help facilitate and manage UTM creation across channels.
- Facilitate creative QA both from a client build and vendor spec perspective.
- Maintain strategic operational processes, procedures, and systems to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all media operations are executed smoothly and efficiently.
- Assist with campaign execution, ensuring campaigns are built and activated on time, aligned with wider media plans and flighting, and optimized to achieve KPIs and business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to media operations support teams (internal or external).
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance and recommend improvements.
- Review new technologies organize product trials & coordinate ad technology partnerships.
- Partner with vendors to identify, optimize, and execute workflows that support quality output and cost-savings initiatives for media operations.
- Knowledge of DoubleClick, Google Analytics, ad trafficking, and/or campaign reporting a plus
- Knowledge of ad-buying a plus
- GoogleAds certification preferred
- Experience with Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong math skills
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to plan, organize, manage own time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Demonstrates initiative; self-motivated
- Strives to be a team player and collaborate with cross-departmental staff
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required
