We are looking for a passionate and experienced travel agent to join our team. As a home-based travel agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, booking travel arrangements, and ensuring that clients have an enjoyable and memorable travel experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and rental cars
• Organize and confirm booking confirmations
• Research and recommend travel options based on client preferences and budget
• Ensure that clients have all necessary travel documents and information
• Resolve any issues or concerns that arise during travel
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
