Virtual Travel Coordinator at Billingsley Travel – New York City, New York

We are searching for organized and motivated individuals to work from home arranging and booking travel. Travel Coordinators listen to all clients wants and needs to provide them with their dream vacation, wedding, and etc. Coordinators are given access to travel perks and exclusive discounts. We work with many different vendors, such as Disney, Carnival, Expedia, Universal, Sandals, and more.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and plan all travel itineraries, this includes flights, hotels, car rentals, excursions, cruises, tickets/events, and activities.
• Effectively communicate your clients wants and needs
• Attend trainings and webinars to keep up with all travel and sales education
• Provide appropriate documentation to clients (payment authorization, tickets, and itineraries)
• Complete all trainings for certification

Requirements:

• Must be 18 or older and authorized to work within the US
• Must have a smartphone
• Computer or laptop highly recommended but not required
• Reliable internet access
• Must have a positive attitude
• Must communicate effectively with all clients, vendors, and other agents
