As a Consultor Copilot / IA, you will help transform business needs into practical conversational and AI-powered solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. You will design, configure, and evolve chatbots and AI agents with Copilot Studio, connecting them to automated workflows, APIs, and external systems. The role combines technical implementation with consultative problem-solving, requiring you to understand business requirements and translate them into effective user journeys. You will collaborate closely with both functional and technical teams to optimize processes and identify opportunities for automation. You will also contribute to the publication, support, security, and governance of AI solutions. This is a remote, long-term opportunity offering autonomy, learning opportunities, and exposure to innovative technologies.

• Understand business needs and translate requirements into conversational journeys and AI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents).
• Create, configure, test, and continuously improve chatbots and AI agents according to business objectives and user needs.
• Develop automated workflows using Power Automate and integrate agents with internal platforms, external systems, and business processes.
• Configure connectors and REST APIs to enable reliable communication between AI solutions and external applications or services.
• Support the publication, maintenance, and ongoing evolution of solutions within the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Apply good practices related to security, permissions, environments, governance, and solution management across Power Platform implementations.
• Work collaboratively with business and technology teams to identify process improvements, solve business challenges, and deliver solutions that generate practical value.

• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents (PVA), including the creation and configuration of chatbots and AI agents.
• Practical experience with Power Automate and the development of workflows and automations integrated with conversational solutions.
• Experience integrating APIs and external systems through connectors and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including environments, solutions, permissions, and publishing processes.
• Experience gathering requirements and working in a consultative capacity, translating business needs into effective conversational and AI solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business challenges and develop practical technology-based solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for working effectively with both functional and technical stakeholders, combined with a collaborative, results-oriented, organized, and autonomous approach.
