Job Description

SVP / VP Wealth Advisor

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a SVP / VP Wealth Advisor based in United States.

This is a senior wealth advisory opportunity within a high-growth digital family office serving entrepreneurs, professionals, and retirees.
You will work directly with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients on some of their most important financial decisions.
The role combines holistic financial advice with a technology-enabled approach designed to simplify the advisor experience and improve client outcomes.
You will build trusted, long-term relationships while helping clients navigate complex financial planning needs.
You will also collaborate with technology and operational teams to influence tools and capabilities that can make advisory work more efficient and impactful.
The environment is entrepreneurial and highly ownership-oriented, with an emphasis on moving quickly while maintaining a high standard of client service.
This is an opportunity for an experienced advisor who wants to spend more time advising clients, growing a book of business, and shaping the future of wealth management.

Accountabilities:
  • Advise high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients directly, serving as a trusted partner on significant financial decisions and providing thoughtful, personalized guidance aligned with their broader financial objectives.
  • Build and maintain deep, long-term client relationships by understanding each client’s financial circumstances, priorities, goals, and evolving needs.
  • Deliver a holistic wealth advisory experience that brings together financial planning, investment considerations, and other relevant aspects of clients’ financial lives rather than approaching individual decisions in isolation.
  • Identify opportunities to grow and develop the client base through an entrepreneurial approach to relationship building, business development, referrals, and exceptional client outcomes.
  • Partner with technology and operational teams to identify opportunities to reduce administrative and back-office work, improve advisor productivity, and create better tools for delivering financial advice.
  • Provide practical feedback and subject-matter expertise to help shape the development of technology and digital capabilities supporting wealth advisors and their clients.
  • Take ownership of client outcomes and business responsibilities, balancing high-quality advice with speed, accountability, innovation, and disciplined execution.

Requirements:

  • Bring 3–5+ years of experience advising high-net-worth and/or ultra-high-net-worth clients, with a demonstrated ability to manage sophisticated financial relationships and provide trusted advice.
  • Hold a required professional accreditation such as Series 65, CFP, CPA, or an equivalent qualification appropriate for providing wealth advisory services.
  • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, with the initiative and ownership required to build relationships, develop business, identify opportunities, and operate effectively in a high-growth environment.
  • Have strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand complex financial situations and communicate recommendations clearly and confidently.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to client outcomes and a willingness to take responsibility for the quality and impact of your work.
  • Be comfortable working collaboratively with technology, operations, and other cross-functional teams and interested in using technology to improve the delivery of financial planning and advice.
  • Demonstrate a bias toward action, resilience, and the ability to work through challenges while maintaining high standards of professionalism and client service.
  • Be curious about emerging tools and approaches to wealth management and motivated to help shape the next generation of technology-enabled financial advice.

Benefits:

  • Revenue-based compensation structure as part of the overall advisor compensation package.
  • Opportunity to work directly with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
  • High-growth digital family office environment combining experienced financial advisors, technologists, tax professionals, and operators.
  • Opportunity to influence technology and product development designed to improve the advisor and client experience.
  • Entrepreneurial environment with significant ownership and autonomy.
  • Opportunity to focus more time on client advisory and business development while leveraging technology to reduce back-office demands.
  • Exposure to a holistic approach to wealth management and sophisticated financial planning needs.
  • Collaborative environment focused on innovation, professional excellence, and strong client outcomes.
