Senior Director, Revenue Enablement

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Director, Revenue Enablement based in United States.

This senior leadership role will shape the strategy and execution of revenue enablement across a global, high-growth SaaS organization.
You will lead programs that help customer-facing teams ramp faster, sell more effectively, and consistently achieve revenue goals.
The role combines executive-level GTM partnership with ownership of onboarding, continuous learning, product enablement, and sales effectiveness.
You will build scalable systems and learning experiences that support both new hires and experienced revenue professionals.
Working closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing leadership, you will ensure enablement priorities are tightly connected to business outcomes.
You will also lead and develop a high-performing global enablement organization while establishing measurable standards for program effectiveness.
This is an opportunity to build a modern, data-driven enablement function with direct influence on revenue productivity and organizational growth.

Accountabilities
  • Define and execute the global revenue enablement strategy, aligning programs with company objectives, revenue targets, and go-to-market priorities.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a global team of Revenue Enablement Managers and Directors, establishing clear goals, scalable processes, and strong professional development practices.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across Sales, Product, Marketing, and other GTM functions, building strong alignment around revenue productivity.
  • Design and standardize global onboarding frameworks that establish a consistent foundation, shared terminology, product knowledge, and selling practices for customer-facing teams.
  • Architect comprehensive learning journeys covering onboarding, continuous development, product enablement, leadership development, and career progression.
  • Build and deliver enterprise-grade enablement programs that can operate effectively at global scale while maintaining measurable learning and performance outcomes.
  • Develop everboarding and continuous-learning frameworks that keep experienced sellers current on products, competitive dynamics, value propositions, market trends, and evolving sales strategies.
  • Develop advanced sales strategies and enablement initiatives that contribute directly to pipeline generation, revenue growth, and improved sales productivity.
  • Identify performance bottlenecks and systemic barriers affecting revenue teams, then partner with leadership to develop practical solutions.
  • Establish metrics and measurement frameworks to evaluate enablement effectiveness, including ramp time, productivity, adoption, and revenue impact.
  • Partner cross-functionally on GTM strategy, sales training, marketing initiatives, customer programs, and other activities that strengthen the overall revenue organization.
  • Build a process-driven enablement operating model that creates repeatable scale and continuously improves how customer-facing teams learn, execute, and perform.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience across Sales and/or Revenue Enablement, including 5+ years in management or senior leadership roles overseeing managers and senior professionals.
  • Proven experience leading revenue enablement for a high-performing SaaS organization operating at scale, with measurable impact on revenue productivity, ramp time, and business performance.
  • Previous experience carrying a sales quota or working directly in a customer-facing revenue role, providing strong credibility with sales and GTM teams.
  • Deep expertise in sales enablement technologies, global sales methodologies, instructional design, and modern learning frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS go-to-market organizations and the ability to translate business objectives into scalable enablement strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and develop high-performing global teams while establishing clear strategic direction and accountability.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with experience partnering closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate complex technical, product, and market concepts into clear and actionable content for diverse global audiences.
  • Exceptional executive communication, presentation, facilitation, and storytelling skills, with the confidence to lead large-scale revenue events and executive discussions.
  • Highly metrics-driven, with the ability to connect enablement investments to measurable business outcomes and board-level performance indicators.
  • Strong strategic thinking, organizational skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • A collaborative leadership style focused on developing people, building trust, and creating an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives contribute to stronger outcomes.
Benefits
  • Base salary range of $183,000–$209,850 USD.
  • Potential performance bonus and other applicable incentive compensation.
  • Comprehensive benefits designed to support employees and their families.
  • Opportunities to lead and scale a global revenue enablement organization within a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Strong exposure to senior Sales, Product, Marketing, and executive leadership.
  • Opportunities for professional growth, leadership development, and industry thought leadership.
  • A collaborative culture centered on teamwork, inclusion, continuous learning, and shared success.
  • Flexible remote work opportunity, with a preference for candidates working from the U.S. Eastern time zone.
