Job Description
Sterling ATM, Inc. is a Utah-based design, manufacturing, and branding company serving financial institutions and commercial clients nationwide. As one of the fastest growing companies in Utah, we are looking to expand our footprint by combining innovative branding, signage, and customer experience solutions with emerging technologies in the electric vehicle charging industry.
We are seeking an energetic, self-driven, and highly motivated Sales Account Executive to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in developing new business relationships and helping clients apply impactful branding and signage solutions within the evolving EV charging industry.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently with clients, and is passionate about building long-term partnerships while driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Generate revenue through new business development and growth of those client accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry contacts
- Serve as the primary point of communication between clients/prospects and internal departments
- Identify customer needs and recommend customized branding, signage, and EV charging solutions
- Maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, and industry trends
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, sales opportunities, and service requests
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and internal teams to ensure successful project execution
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and long-term client retention
- Track sales activity, manage pipelines, and consistently meet or exceed sales goals
- Travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support business development efforts

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred
- 2–5 years of business-to-business sales experience preferred
- Experience preferred in branding, signage, EV charging infrastructure, or related industries
- Energetic, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
- Strong communication, presentation, and listening skills
- Ability to quickly build rapport and establish credibility with clients
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Willingness to travel if needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
