This role is focused on accelerating the hiring of top-tier engineering talent within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will play a key role in building strong technical pipelines, with a strong emphasis on proactive sourcing and engaging passive candidates in competitive markets. The position requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational execution, and strong relationship management across both candidates and hiring stakeholders. You will partner closely with engineering leaders to understand hiring needs, refine role profiles, and shape effective sourcing strategies. - Drive end-to-end sourcing strategies for technical roles, focusing on building and maintaining strong pipelines of passive engineering talent.
- Design and execute creative sourcing approaches across LinkedIn, referrals, talent communities, events, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial recruiter screens and manage candidates through the full hiring lifecycle with a strong focus on candidate experience.
- Partner closely with engineering leaders and hiring managers to calibrate talent needs and adjust sourcing strategies based on evolving priorities.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics such as pipeline health, conversion rates, and sourcing effectiveness to improve hiring outcomes.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure engagement, transparency, and a high-quality experience throughout the process.
- Continuously improve sourcing workflows and recruiting operations using modern tools and AI-enabled platforms.
- Provide market insights and talent intelligence to help guide hiring decisions and compensation positioning.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 4+ years in technical recruiting roles.
- Strong experience sourcing and hiring engineering or other technical talent in high-growth or fast-paced environments.
- Proven ability to build and maintain pipelines of passive, hard-to-reach technical candidates.
- Experience working closely with engineering leaders and influencing hiring decisions through data and market insights.
- Familiarity with modern recruiting tools and AI-enabled platforms to improve sourcing efficiency and workflow optimization.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Highly organized, metrics-driven, and comfortable working in ambiguous and evolving environments.
- Strong understanding of talent markets and competitive hiring dynamics in the tech industry.
- A proactive, continuous-learning mindset with a focus on improving recruiting practices and candidate experience.
