This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing Endocrinology and Diabetes team within a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on inpatient diabetes care.
Key Highlights:
- Clinical Practice: Inpatient setting with 5 clinical days per week (1 weekend per month with compensatory time off during the week and higher weekend rate)
- Patient Care: Provide comprehensive inpatient diabetes care as part of a multidisciplinary Endocrinology team, delivering high-quality, patient-centered management for patients with complex endocrine and metabolic conditions.
- Collaborative Environment: Join a well-established and collegial team of 23 Faculty Members, 19 Advanced Practice Providers, 5 Fellows and 6 Certified Diabetes Care and Educational Specialists.
- EMR System: Epic.

What We’re Looking For:
Required:
- Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
- NP or PA certification.
- Massachusetts NP or PA license.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred:
- 3-5 years of provider experience in Endocrinology
