ROLE SUMMARY:
The Sales Representative is responsible for supporting sales operations within a designated territory. This role focuses on visiting retail accounts, building customer relationships, and helping drive product sales, distribution, and shelf presence for the Eagle portfolio.
- Visit assigned retail accounts to increase sales volume, monitor pricing, and maintain shelf placement.
- Help expand shelf space and improve product positioning across the full Eagle portfolio.
- Gather market and customer information and report insights on buying trends and customer needs.
- Support the development and execution of sales strategies to help increase market share and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers by addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities.
- Make informed decisions on retail inventory needs based on sales history and performance data.
- Attend sales meetings to review performance, discuss competition, and identify areas for improvement.
- Represent Eagle at promotions, events, and in-store marketing activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate degree and/or equivalent training and work experience in Sales or Business
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong customer service skills
