  • 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO environments.
  • Hands-on experience with clinical operations contracts, purchase orders, and budget planning processes.
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial phases (Phase I–III) and related operational workflows.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis and manipulation) and PowerPoint (executive presentations).
  • Experience with financial or procurement systems such as SAP, Ariba, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in virtual teams.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and proactively resolve operational issues.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and qualifications.
  • Opportunity to work in a global clinical research environment supporting impactful healthcare innovations.
  • Exposure to cross-functional teams across clinical operations, finance, and procurement.
