- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment

- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing areas and ensure proper storage of clean items

- Operate dishwashing machines and manual cleaning tools safely and efficiently

- Monitor and manage dishwashing supplies and report any shortages

- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a hygienic work environment

- Assist with other kitchen duties as needed to support overall operations

Skills and Qualifications:
