This role is designed for a dynamic recruiting professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume hiring environments across BFSI and Non-IT sectors. You will be responsible for building strong talent pipelines for critical roles spanning banking, financial services, insurance, and operational domains. The position requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing end-to-end recruitment cycles. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver high-quality talent aligned with business goals. The role also involves using data-driven insights to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience. It is ideal for someone who is passionate about recruitment, market intelligence, and delivering impactful hiring outcomes in competitive talent markets.
- Source, screen, and shortlist high-quality candidates across BFSI and Non-IT domains using job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and industry networks.
- Conduct structured behavioral and competency-based interviews to evaluate technical fit, cultural alignment, and long-term potential.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and sourcing strategies to ensure strong pipeline development.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support to ensure smooth candidate experience.
- Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rate using ATS and reporting tools.
- Monitor industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies to provide insights for talent acquisition decisions.
- Ensure strong candidate experience throughout the hiring journey, maintaining high engagement and satisfaction levels.
- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in BFSI and/or Non-IT high-volume hiring environments.
- Strong sourcing expertise using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other digital sourcing tools.
- Hands-on experience in structured interviewing, screening, and candidate assessment methodologies.
- Good understanding of BFSI roles such as relationship managers, underwriters, compliance officers, and operations profiles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes in fast-paced and target-driven environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with familiarity in ATS tools and recruitment reporting metrics.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup with strong time management and organizational skills.
