- Strong understanding of payroll processes, system integrations, and data flow across HR and finance platforms.
- Experience working in global, remote, or matrixed organizational environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work within structured and detail-oriented processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, for reporting and data analysis.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive compensation aligned with experience and market standards.
- Fully remote work flexibility based in India.
- Opportunity to work on global payroll and finance systems across complex, large-scale operations.
- Exposure to cross-functional collaboration across HR, finance, and technology teams.
- Continuous improvement-focused environment with opportunities to optimize processes and drive efficiency.
- Professional growth within a global organization operating across multiple regions and systems.
