Purchase Order Planning & Follow Up:

Create and manage purchase orders in the ERP or planning system in accordance with approved supply plans
Track open purchase orders and inbound supply; follow up on past due or at-risk deliveries
Communicate delivery risks and revised availability dates to internal stakeholders
Coordinate supply execution with logistics and customer service teams to support customer commitments

Cross Functional Collaboration:

Partner with Sales teams to review product availability, address supply constraints, and support customer service priorities, including proactive communication of risks and recovery plans
Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing teams to support product lifecycle activities, including new product introductions, line extensions, promotions, and end of life transitions
Participate in cross functional demand and supply reviews to align product plans with commercial and portfolio strategies
Work closely with Demand Planning to align forecast assumptions, promotional impact, and supply responsiveness
Support New Product Introductions (NPI) by ensuring inventory readiness, system setup, timing alignment, and execution against launch plans
