We are seeking a seasoned, hands-on Program Manager to lead a Supply Chain Transformation program for a major enterprise client in the Plano, TX area. This is a client-facing role requiring strong leadership, executive stakeholder management, and hands-on program execution.
Program Manager – Supply Chain Transformation
Location: Plano, TX (Dallas–Fort Worth Area) – Minimum 3 days/week onsite at the client site

Experience: 15+ years overall (20+ years preferred)
The Program Manager will lead planning, governance, and execution across multiple supply chain transformation initiatives. Working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, product owners, data teams, and offshore delivery partners, you will ensure programs remain aligned with business objectives, risks are proactively managed, and measurable outcomes are delivered.
This role requires ownership of end-to-end program management while remaining close enough to execution to resolve dependencies, remove blockers, and maintain delivery momentum.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end program management across multiple supply chain transformation workstreams.
- Establish and manage program governance, operating cadence, RAID management, status reporting, and escalation processes.
- Develop and maintain integrated program plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, and business outcomes.
- Partner with business, technology, data, analytics, and delivery teams to drive execution.
- Manage senior stakeholders across business and technology organizations, including directors and executives.
- Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, executive reviews, and steering committee meetings.
- Translate strategic business priorities into executable delivery plans.
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, KPIs, adoption metrics, and value realization.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, roadmap updates, milestone reports, and risk summaries.
- Coordinate effectively across onsite and offshore delivery teams.
- 15+ years of professional experience in technology, consulting, operations, supply chain, enterprise applications, data, or digital transformation (20+ years preferred).
- Proven success managing large, complex, cross-functional transformation programs.
- Strong functional knowledge of supply chain processes and supply chain transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Expertise in program planning, governance, risk management, dependency management, roadmap planning, and value tracking.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous environments.
- Experience working with distributed onsite and offshore teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience within automotive, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
- Experience leading Digital Transformation, Data Platform, Analytics, AI/ML, Enterprise Application, or Cloud programs.
- Familiarity with Agile, Hybrid Delivery, Product Operating Models, or SAFe.
- Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, or APICS/ASCM.
- Master's degree or MBA preferred.
The ideal candidate is an experienced, client-facing Program Manager with deep supply chain expertise who is comfortable working with executive stakeholders, managing complex transformation programs, driving execution, and delivering measurable business value.
Work LocationThis position is based in Plano, Texas, and requires a minimum of three days per week onsite at the client location. The remaining schedule will be determined based on program requirements.
