We are excited to announce the opening of our new store at Place Ste-Foy and are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as Full-Time Sales Associates.

As a Sales Associate, you will deliver exceptional customer service while leveraging your in-depth product knowledge. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greet every customer enthusiastically and provide an outstanding shopping experience in a welcoming and professional environment.
• Assess customer needs and answer questions by asking open-ended questions to recommend personalized solutions and help customers select the products best suited to them.
• Stay informed about current sales and promotions to educate customers and enhance their in-store experience.
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale system and the Kiokii Rewards loyalty program.
• Build positive relationships with customers to encourage long-term loyalty.
• Assist with receiving merchandise, including unloading, unpacking, and verifying incoming products.
• Organize products in the sales floor and storage areas according to established inventory procedures.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and help resolve discrepancies or overstock situations.
• Ensure products are properly labelled, displayed, and merchandised according to company standards.
• Participate in store opening and setup activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized environment that complies with health and safety standards.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.

• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is an asset.
• Passion for the Asian beauty industry and a desire to continuously learn in order to better support customers.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
• Team-oriented mindset, positive attitude, and energetic personality.
• Ability to solve problems and adapt to customer needs and inventory-related changes.
• Basic math skills for inventory management and loss prevention.
• Commitment to following company policies and workplace health and safety standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods, as well as bend, stretch, and reach for products on shelves.
• Comfortable using ladders or step stools to access higher shelves.
• Ability to work in a retail environment with moderate noise levels, bright lighting, or varying temperatures.

Please note that this is a full-time position requiring full availability, 7 days a week. Students with limited availability are encouraged to apply for the Part-Time Sales Associate position instead.
