ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service throughout the planning and execution of meetings, conferences, and special events.
- Coordinate all event details, including meeting space, catering, audiovisual requirements, room accommodations, and event logistics.
- Partner with Sales, Food & Beverage, Operations, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless event execution and guest satisfaction.
- Conduct pre-conference planning meetings and communicate event requirements effectively to hotel teams.
- Manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
- Monitor event budgets, review billing, and support cost-effective event execution.
- Resolve client concerns and operational challenges promptly and professionally before, during, and after events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Utilize hotel systems and Microsoft Office applications to manage event documentation, communication, and reporting.
- Ensure all events are executed in accordance with hotel standards, brand expectations, and operational procedures.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced hospitality environment while responding to changing client and business needs.
- Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery, improve operational efficiency, and elevate the overall guest experience.

OTHER:
Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. In addition, attendance at all scheduled mandatory training sessions and meetings is required.
