EXCITING OPPORTUNITY IN DOWNTOWN SAINT LOUIS, AUTOGRAPH COLLECTION HOTEL IS LOOKING FOR AM/PM AND BARTENDER SERVERS TO JOIN OUR TEAM!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Part-time.

Guest Services: 90%

Greet guests in a timely, outgoing, and friendly mannerTake food and drink orders from restaurant customersAccommodate special needs and requests from guests and staff membersRemain attentive to the customer throughout the entire dining experience, adhering to and exceeding service standardsReceives proper payment from guests and ensures accuracy of guest check and method of payment in order to safeguard customer and companyMaintains a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all timesResponds to customer inquiries and comments in person and on the telephone by providing timely and knowledgeable information in order to provide quality customer serviceAdministrative Tasks: 10%

Complete all restocking and cleaning duties by performing opening and closing side work as instructedMemorizes menu items, recipes, and daily specials in order to answer questions and make recommendations to customersMaintains cleanliness standards in the restaurant, wait station, and kitchen service area in order to have a clean, presentable, and attractive facilityControls allocated guest checks by following established check-use procedures and legibly documenting all required information as the customer’s order is taken and processedAttends all pre-meal and departmental meetings in person in order to enhance communications and gain knowledge of products, services, and facilityPresents a clean and professional appearance at all times
