Maintenance Requirements:
- General knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool maintenance, carpentry, landscaping, appliances, and OSHA-related standards.
- One or more industry specific professional certifications (EPA, HVAC, CPO, OSHA or similar) is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in maintenance or related field is preferred.
- Reliable transportation and a working cell phone.
- Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
- Brings a positive, enthusiastic attitude to the team.
- Available to participate in on-call rotations when needed.
- Basic computer skills.
Admin Requirements:
- A minimum of one year of sales or customer service experience.
- Comfort and ability to resolve conflict and provide a high level of customer care.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Goal orientated, self-starter work ethic.
- Associates and/or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- A basic understanding of written and verbal English
