As a Building Automation Installer Level 3, you will play a key role in installing, supporting, and troubleshooting building automation systems that improve comfort, efficiency, and performance for our customers. Role Overview
Install and support advanced building automation and controls systems on commercial projects.
Work closely with project teams to ensure system installations meet design, safety, and quality expectations.
Serve as a technical resource for installation activities while helping develop less experienced team members.
Contribute to successful project delivery through strong planning, coordination, and field execution.
What Youll Do
In this role, you'll take ownership of complex installation activities and help ensure building automation systems are installed correctly, safely, and efficiently. You'll work from project plans and specifications, coordinate with project leadership, and help keep projects moving forward from installation through system verification.
You'll partner with project teams to identify and solve field challenges, support startup activities, coordinate materials and equipment, and help maintain high standards of workmanship across every project. You'll also share your knowledge by mentoring junior installers and helping create a strong safety and quality culture.
Install building automation system components, wiring, and related equipment.
Review project documentation, drawings, and specifications to support successful execution.
Coordinate materials and equipment needs with project teams.
Assist with testing, verification, and commissioning support activities.
Mentor and support Building Automation Installers at earlier career levels.

What Were Looking For
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Approximately 5+ years of experience working with electrical, mechanical, controls, or building automation systems.
Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, schematics, and technical documentation.
Knowledge of electrical installation practices, building codes, and industry standards.
Experience using test equipment such as multimeters and digital analyzers.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree in Electrical Construction or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
Experience with HVAC systems, automation controls, programmable controllers, and variable frequency drives.
Experience mentoring or training other technicians or installers.

Pay Range:
$25.80 - $38.70The actual salary offer will vary by candidate based on a wide range of factors such as specific skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
