Join our team as a **Licensed Physical Therapist**!
Rise Up Rehab, LLC is an outpatient rehab company seeking a **Licensed Physical Therapist*
* for an Assisted Living Facility (ALF) in Helotes (1xweek) and Castroville (1-2 x month). Consistent PRN or part-time available for supervisory visits. PTA's perform the treatments.
