Are you a caring and dedicated Registered Nurse who is bilingual in English and Spanish and looking for a rewarding opportunity where your work truly makes a difference? We’re seeking an exceptional Bilingual Spanish RN Case Manager to join our Glenwood Springs team!
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $43.00–$49.00 per hour

- Use your Spanish and English communication skills to help ensure patients and families feel heard, understood, and supported
- Lead the coordination of compassionate, patient-centered care plans

Requirements:- Active Colorado Nursing License
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- 1 year of home health or hospice experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A heart for providing comfort, dignity, and exceptional care
