This fully remote role focuses on the people and operational side of enterprise Zero Trust transformation.
You will help stakeholders prepare for, adopt, and sustain new cybersecurity capabilities across prioritized systems.
The role sits at the intersection of technology, organizational change, communications, and operational readiness.
You will partner with technical teams, system owners, and Government stakeholders to identify impacts and adoption needs.
Your work will help turn complex technical implementations into sustainable processes, practices, and operating models.
You will also contribute lessons learned, transition materials, and reusable approaches that strengthen future implementation waves.

- Assess stakeholder, organizational, process, role, and operational impacts associated with planned Zero Trust implementations, identifying areas requiring targeted change support.
- Develop and coordinate change-readiness, stakeholder engagement, communication, and transition activities aligned with implementation waves and deployment timelines.
- Support operational readiness assessments by identifying adoption dependencies, training requirements, process changes, and unresolved organizational risks.
- Work closely with system owners and operational teams to document transition requirements while respecting Government ownership and established operating responsibilities.
- Facilitate collaboration between technical and operational stakeholders to ensure change impacts, readiness considerations, and adoption requirements are clearly understood.
- Capture adoption feedback and lessons learned, incorporating them into future implementation plans, playbooks, and reusable Zero Trust patterns.
- Create clear process documentation, handoff materials, and other resources that support the sustained adoption and operational use of new capabilities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of organizational change practices throughout the transformation program.
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Change, Business, Communications, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in change management, technology adoption, organizational transformation, stakeholder engagement, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise technology implementations involving multiple stakeholder groups and business or operational functions.
- Strong capabilities in change impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, communications, readiness evaluation, and transition planning.
- Ability to translate technical or complex transformation initiatives into clear impacts, actions, and communications for diverse audiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and build alignment across technical and operational teams.
- Experience working effectively within a Federal environment and navigating Government stakeholders, processes, and operational ownership.
- Preferred: Experience supporting cybersecurity or Zero Trust transformation initiatives.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Prosci ADKAR or comparable organizational change methodologies.
- Preferred: Experience supporting large, distributed organizations.
- Preferred certifications include Prosci Change Practitioner, CCMP, or PMP.
