About the Role:

The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in the efficient operation of our Parts Department by managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of parts and materials. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, processing incoming and outgoing shipments, and supporting customer and internal orders. The Warehouse Associate ensures that all parts are organized and accessible, shipments are fulfilled correctly and on time, and the warehouse remains clean, safe, and compliant with company standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to supporting both internal departments and external customers with reliable and timely service.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Basic math and reading skills to accurately process orders and inventory.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work well with others
• Customer-friendly attitude with effective communication skills
• Familiarity with parts scanning tools, hand trucks, and pallet jacks
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory software
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

• Forklift operator certification or experience operating warehouse machinery.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working in a fast-paced logistics or transportation environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments to verify contents and condition.
• Organize and store inventory in designated locations to maximize space and accessibility.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company procedures and customer specifications.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and reporting hazards or incidents promptly.
• Assist with regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate stock records.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
• Process PAR's, shortages, damages, and returns, and ship
• Other related task/projects as assigned
