As a Senior Structural Analysis Engineer in the aerospace industry, you will spearhead innovations that revolutionize aviation technology. Responsibilities:
· Participate in design reviews and provide critical feedback.
· Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
· Define structural objectives, methodologies, and timelines.
· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
· Conduct advanced finite element modeling and analysis.
· Review and validate finite element models and analysis results.
· Perform complex structural analysis margin calculations.
Competencies:
· Advanced knowledge of aerospace engineering principles.
· Strong leadership and project management skills.
· Excellent problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking.
· High proficiency in technical writing and documentation.
· Expertise in CAD, FEA, and other simulation tools (Simcenter FEMAP and NASTRAN preferred)
· In-depth knowledge of structural static, dynamic, and/or fatigue analysis.
· Classic strength and stability analysis using industry accepted standards.
Requirements:Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
· 5–9 years of progressive experience in structural analysis engineering.
· Demonstrated expertise in advanced finite element analysis (FEA) for complex aerospace structures, including model development, validation, and results interpretation.
· Strong working knowledge of aerospace structural analysis methods, including static strength, stability, dynamics, vibration, and fatigue analysis.
· Proficiency with industry-standard analysis and simulation tools; experience with Simcenter FEMAP and NASTRAN strongly preferred.
· Experience performing detailed margin of safety calculations using classical hand analysis and validated numerical methods.
· Thorough understanding of aerospace regulations, certification requirements, and industry standards (e.g., FAA, DoD, MIL-STD, NASA, or equivalent).
· Proven ability to lead technical efforts, conduct design reviews, and provide clear, constructive feedback to multidisciplinary teams.
· Excellent technical communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise analysis reports and documentation suitable for certification and design approval.
· U.S. citizenship required, with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Salary Information:
The estimated salary rage for this position is $112,320 - $120,640 annually based on the successful candidates experience, qualifications, skill set, work location, and market conditions. Pay and Benefits are subject to change at any time and may be modified at the discretion of the company.
