Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will translate complex financial structures into clear, actionable deal guidance. The position requires both analytical rigor and operational discipline, as you will help structure proposals, optimize quote-to-cash workflows, and improve pricing efficiency. You will also serve as a trusted partner to commercial teams, helping shape deal strategy for both new business and renewals. This is a highly visible role where strong analytical thinking and communication skills directly impact business growth and customer outcomes.
- Develop expertise in pricing models and commercial levers influencing deal success across employer and enterprise markets.
- Support Sales and Customer Success teams by structuring quotes, proposals, and pricing recommendations for new and renewing clients.
- Translate complex pricing frameworks into simple, actionable deal structures and sales-ready materials.
- Analyze deal performance, pricing trends, and financial models to inform go-to-market strategy and decision-making.
- Recommend and support improvements to quote-to-cash processes to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on pricing strategy, deal execution, and operational workflows.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Contribute to forecasting, reporting, and pricing analytics to support leadership decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related quantitative field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, pricing, consulting, finance, or business operations roles.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for building and managing complex models.
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex financial or pricing concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and exposure to B2B or B2B2C environments is a plus.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth settings with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Competitive salary range of $76,000–$104,500 annually, with potential eligibility for discretionary bonuses.
