Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher

Quik-Kill Pest Eliminators is hiring a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our office team in Streator.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is friendly, dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping customers. You'll play a critical role in keeping our operation running smoothly by coordinating service appointments, supporting field technicians, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Answer incoming customer calls

• Schedule pest control service appointments

• Dispatch and communicate with field technicians throughout the day

• Explain Quik-Kill services to prospective customers

• Enter and maintain accurate customer records

• Provide friendly, professional support to customers and team members

• Help ensure appointments and technician schedules stay on track

• $15.00 per hour

• Full-time position

• 40+ hours per week

• Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Rotating Saturdays

• Sales or retail experience is a plus

• Pest control industry experience is a plus, but not required

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test

• Ability to pass a background check

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
