Job Summary
The Lamination Team Leader plays a pivotal leadership role in overseeing day-to-day operations within the Lamination Department. This position is responsible for ensuring production efficiency, quality compliance, and adherence to safety standards while supporting team development and continuous improvement initiatives. The Lamination Team Leader provides hands-on leadership, coordination, and oversight to ensure customer requirements are met and company standards are consistently upheld.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:- Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational skills.

- Keen attention to detail with a strong understanding of manufacturing procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of lamination’s role within the manufacturing process.

- Ability to comprehend and apply technical and process-related information.
- Previous lamination experience preferred.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize personnel allocation.
- Promote and enforce a safe working environment, addressing hazards or concerns promptly.
- Conduct and deliver performance evaluations for team members.
- Operate equipment as needed based on skill level and production demands.
This position holds supervisory responsibilities for all 2nd shift operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, safety regulations, and applicable laws.

Education & Experience:
High school diploma or GED required.
1-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
Language Skills:
Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate complex information effectively.
Ability to write professional correspondence.
Capable of effectively presenting information to customers, clients, and colleagues.
Mathematical & Reasoning Skills:
Strong analytical skills to identify problems, propose solutions, and make sound decisions.
Ability to lead, influence, and implement ideas to improve efficiency and quality.
