Schedule: 2-2-3 Schedule | A-Shift | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in inventory management? We are seeking an Inventory Clerk to support our Facility Maintenance team by ensuring accurate inventory control, stock availability, and the efficient flow of materials across operations. This role is critical to maintaining organization, supporting production needs, and ensuring inventory accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Position SummaryThe Inventory Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and supporting inventory operations to ensure materials and parts are properly tracked and available when needed. This role works closely with internal departments to improve inventory efficiency, maintain compliance with inventory procedures, and support operational success.
The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a working knowledge of inventory systems and materials management in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly stockroom and inventory areas
- Accurately track and maintain inventory records for all stored materials and supplies
- Issue and receive supplies and spare parts while ensuring all inventory movement is properly documented and systems remain current
- Ensure materials and items are properly labeled and accurately entered into inventory records
- Communicate low stock levels and inventory concerns to responsible maintenance personnel and line engineers
- Assist team members and departments with inventory-related support as needed
- Ensure materials are stored in the correct locations for accessibility and operational efficiency
- Conduct cycle counts and annual inventory audits to maintain compliance with company inventory management procedures
- Monitor and control the movement of materials throughout the facility
- Generate accurate inventory reports in a timely manner as requested
- Support special assignments, projects, and additional duties as needed
- Provide translation and interpretation support between employees when necessary
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain accurate records and manage inventory processes effectively
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous inventory, warehouse, or materials management experience preferred
- Experience in a battery manufacturing or industrial manufacturing environment preferred
- Bilingual in Korean and English is a plus
