In this high-impact, client-facing role, you will act as a trusted strategic partner across complex litigation and dispute-related engagements, helping shape opportunities from initial scoping through successful conversion. You will work closely with senior legal and corporate stakeholders to translate business and litigation challenges into structured, high-value solutions. The role blends business development, advisory consulting, and relationship management within a fast-paced professional services environment. You will play a key role in expanding existing accounts while also originating new opportunities through market engagement and networking. Acting as both strategist and connector, you will collaborate across internal teams to align capabilities with client needs and drive revenue growth. This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, client advisory, and commercial development.
- Lead early-stage client engagement by scoping opportunities, aligning on objectives, and shaping tailored engagement strategies that translate client needs into actionable solutions.
- Drive business development efforts by identifying, pursuing, and converting new opportunities while expanding existing client relationships through cross-service offerings.
- Support and lead client pitches, proposals, pricing discussions, and strategic messaging in collaboration with internal consultants, experts, and sales teams.
- Represent the organization at conferences, industry events, and client meetings to build visibility and generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships, mapping stakeholder networks and strengthening long-term client partnerships.
- Serve as a cross-functional connector across internal teams, ensuring smooth transition from pursuit to delivery and supporting continuous improvement of engagement strategies.
You bring extensive experience in professional services, with a strong track record in business development, client advisory, and strategic account growth. You are confident operating in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and excel at translating client needs into structured commercial opportunities.
- 10+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, legal services, or related client-facing advisory roles.
- Proven success in new business development and expansion of existing enterprise client relationships.
- Strong understanding of legal industry dynamics, dispute-related services, or litigation support ecosystems.
- Exceptional executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple pursuits simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and strategic prioritization.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel for client engagement, conferences, and business development activities.
