LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSES (LPNs) – Wilson Care in Chicago - Weekends

Wilson Care, a Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility in Chicago's North Side, has an Immediate Opening for a Licensed Practical Nurse - Weekends Only

Must have nursing experience, preferably in a Mental Health Setting.

Position Available:

Weekends Only (Saturday and Sunday), 2nd Shift (3p-11p)

$36-$38 per hour, depending upon benefits selected

Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Responsible for the coordination and delivery of psychiatric patient care and the application of the nursing process
• Administer medication and maintain narcotics report (RN)
• Supervise and lead RSAs and ensure the shift is fully staffed

Requirements of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Licensed in the State of Illinois
• Nursing Experience in Long-Term Care, preferable a residential Mental Health faciity
• Able to work independently
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards
• Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for adults with psychiatric disorders
