This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Delivery Manager Pleno based in Brazil.

Accountabilities:

As a Customer Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing service delivery operations, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring technology solutions generate continuous business value. You will act as a trusted advisor, coordinating multiple stakeholders and promoting best practices in IT governance, service management, and customer success.

  • Manage the governance and delivery of managed services and professional service contracts.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers, acting as a strategic advisor for technology and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Lead executive meetings, service reviews, and continuous improvement discussions with customers.
  • Ensure compliance with agreed SLAs, KPIs, and service quality indicators.
  • Coordinate activities between customers, technical teams, suppliers, and partners to guarantee operational excellence.
  • Identify service risks, operational deviations, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and present executive reports covering performance, availability, capacity, and risks.
  • Support contract renewal processes, service expansion opportunities, and customer retention initiatives.
  • Monitor critical incidents and ensure effective resolution and communication.
  • Promote ITSM, governance, and Customer Success best practices.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Cloud, Modern Workplace, Cybersecurity, Data & AI, and Infrastructure areas.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate has experience managing technology services and customer relationships in B2B environments. You should be comfortable interacting with executives, coordinating complex demands, and using your technical understanding to support strategic business outcomes.

  • Experience in technology service management, Service Delivery, or B2B Customer Success roles.
  • Experience working with Microsoft technology environments.
  • Knowledge of ITIL concepts and IT service management practices.
  • Experience managing operational indicators, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • Ability to lead executive meetings, presentations, and customer discussions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers, priorities, and simultaneous demands.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer experience and relationship building.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Microsoft Security, or Power Platform is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and collaboration solutions is desirable.
  • Experience in managed service providers (MSPs), technology consulting firms, or system integrators is an advantage.
  • ITIL Foundation or Microsoft Fundamentals certifications are desirable.
  • Intermediate or advanced English skills are a plus.
