Marketing Assistant for Rural Health Clinics in Bolivar, Missouri at Citizens Memorial

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is seeking a Marketing Assistant for Rural Health Clinics to join our dynamic Marketing Department — someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.

Position Details

• Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt
• Work Shift: Days
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm

What Your Day Looks Like: Serving as a liaison to our rural health clinics to coordinate and promote strategic initiatives and awareness for CMH services and programs.

As a Marketing Assistant, you will be:

• Creating and implementing clinic marketing plans and initiatives
• Engaging with the public and media through news releases and social media
• Assisting with special programs that support and highlight our clinics, medical providers and services
• Creating employee publications, reports, campaigns, brochures, and presentations
• Photographing clinic and community events

Qualifications

• Education: Two years of college with experience in business, management, public relations, marketing, communications or other similar fields of study. A bachelor's degree is preferred
• Skills/Experience: Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office; 1 year of prior healthcare experience preferred
• Licensure/Certification: Friends and Family CPR within 6 months of employment
• Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of standing and walking, ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance
