Accountabilities:

The professional will be responsible for managing strategic projects, coordinating stakeholders, supporting transformation initiatives, and ensuring that project objectives are achieved within scope, timeline, and quality expectations.

  • Manage project activities, follow up on pending actions, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Ensure projects remain aligned with planned schedules by coordinating activities and monitoring delivery milestones.
  • Manage project risks by creating mitigation plans and tracking corrective actions.
  • Support change management initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication plans, training strategies, issue management, and post-implementation support.
  • Prepare and present project status updates for different organizational levels, including executive stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to identify needs, review solutions, and define engagement strategies.
  • Conduct process mapping activities, including current-state analysis (As-Is), gap identification, and future-state design (To-Be).
  • Develop process improvement recommendations, functional specifications, and documentation to support technology solutions.
  • Provide functional support to technical teams during solution development and implementation.
  • Monitor project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Prepare executive presentations, reports, analyses, and project documentation.
  • Analyze business information, databases, and reports to generate insights and recommendations.
  • Facilitate interviews, workshops, and discussions to understand business needs and identify opportunities.
  • Support the development and execution of training plans and adoption strategies.
  • Act as a reference point for project teams by proactively identifying solutions and supporting project demands.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a professional with experience in project management, consulting, and business transformation initiatives. The role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, analytical ability, and the autonomy to manage complex demands with multiple stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related areas.
  • Experience managing complex projects in a PMO environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage project scope, timelines, stakeholders, quality, and risks.
  • Experience creating structured presentations and executive materials using PowerPoint.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience working with clients and managing business relationships.
  • Ability to independently organize priorities and manage multiple project demands.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to structure information and develop practical solutions.
  • Proactive attitude, ownership mindset, and adaptability in dynamic environments.
