Ventricular Assist Device Navigator, Heart Failure Clinic- Audubon, Days in Louisville, Kentucky at Norton Healthcare

The Ventricular Assist Device (VAD) Navigator is responsible for daily care of patients with a ventricular assist device including monitoring the patient's lab work, clinic visits, monitoring equipment, and addressing patient concerns and challenges. Oversees and manages the complex care of a VAD patient. This includes, but is not limited to, assuring that all DNV requirements are being met, updating documentation annually, and assisting with training and education.

Required:

• Three years of nursing experience
• Associate Degree in Nursing
• Registered Nurse (RN)
