Accountabilities:
  • Manage Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR queries and transactions related to core HR operations using HR platforms and case management systems.
  • Deliver accurate and timely responses to employee inquiries while maintaining high service quality standards and adherence to operational procedures.
  • Ensure first-time-right resolution of HR cases to improve employee experience and reduce case re-openings.
  • Handle escalations from HR partners and stakeholders, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain, review, and update HR process documentation, SOPs, and process maps to ensure operational consistency and compliance.
  • Support compliance-related activities, including task tracking, approvals, invoicing processes, and monitoring deadlines across multiple entities.
  • Collaborate with process owners and internal stakeholders to improve workflows, drive operational efficiencies, and enhance service delivery.
  • Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and customer service standards while proactively identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in stakeholder and client calls, ensuring proper communication, documentation, and follow-up on action items.
  • Support workload coordination and resource management to ensure timely delivery of HR operational objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services, or client service environments.
  • Hands-on experience with HR platforms such as Workday and ticketing/case management tools like ServiceNow or Workday Help.
  • Strong understanding of core HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and HR operational best practices.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements is essential.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service orientation.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote and fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively with global teams and stakeholders.
