About the Role
This position is heavily focused on high-volume mail sorting, document organization, and administrative support. Team members will work in both the mailroom and main operations area, reviewing incoming client case documents, alphabetizing files, identifying case types, and updating tracking sheets within our case management system. The work is repetitive and fast-paced, requiring strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency. This position has the opportunity to convert to a full time role after 3 months based on attendance, performance, and overall fit with the team.
Your Key Contributions
- Maintain and organize all client-related documents in the case management system and on-site storage locations to ensure smooth processing and retrieval.
- Review and manage USCIS and/or immigration court documents including RFEs, NOIDs, Interview Notices, Denials, judges’ orders and receipts, and DHS notices.
- Receive high-capacity incoming mail sent via scanned document from in-person Legal Clerk team and support required tasks including uploading into case file in case management system, updating notes, or launching task set. Ensure deadlines are met for responding are adhered to, in order to meet USCIS deadlines.
- Notify internal departments of case submission, case receipts, and other documents received from the government in order to ensure no missed appointments or deadlines are missed during the immigration process.
- Provide clerical work including updating cover letters, preparing shipping labels, and sending requests to local and federal government agencies.
- Utilize software to merge, create, and upload documents to shared drives or case management system.
- Responsible for creating accurate labels to support various steps in the process including case submissions, signature packets, biometric notices, and FBI requests. Ensure that labels are in compliance, free of errors, and avoid any delays in the legal process.
- Receive USCIS application forms from clients, review for completeness and accuracy, and initiate further action as necessary.
- Prepare immigration applications including paying filing fees, submitting application, and uploading proof of receipt.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Bilingual (Spanish English) B2-C1.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess excellent bilingual (English and Spanish) interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- World class customer service and selling skills.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and time manage themselves.
- Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in sales or metrics-based environment preferred.
Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm EST (Opportunity for Over Time)

The pay range for this role is:
19 - 20 USD per hour(Dublin)
